WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

The Sourcing Lead joins North America Supply Chain Procurement – a team that sharpens Nike’s operational edge by driving smart, strategic sourcing across a dynamic landscape. They report to the NASC Procurement Director and partner closely with Global Supply Chain Procurement, Supply Chain teams, and cross-functional Procurement groups to turn strategy into action.

  • Open to work in Memphis, TN

  • 6+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or related fields

  • Demonstrated success leading multi-million-dollar sourcing strategies and complex negotiations

  • Experience with – or ability to quickly learn – e‑sourcing tools in multi-stage, sealed-bid environments

  • Professional certifications in sourcing or supply chain (preferred).

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, industrial engineering, supply chain management, program management, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

You’ll shape and execute sourcing strategies that power Nike’s North America Supply Chain, turning business needs into actionable plans that deliver measurable value. You’ll influence through insight, collaborate across teams, and ensure every decision is grounded in clarity and rigor.

  • Build strong relationships with Supply Chain leaders, aligning on priorities and translating needs into data‑driven sourcing recommendations

  • Partner with Procurement Operations to support management of the procurement-managed service provider

  • Lead multiple multi-million‑dollar RFx events – from strategy to contract award – partnering with the business to define deal objectives, trade‑offs, and negotiation plans

  • Conduct spend and market analysis to unlock cost‑saving opportunities, enhance supplier performance, and reduce risk

  • Adopt and scale Nike Procurement best practices – Including sourcing playbooks, Buying Hub capabilities, and pipeline management processes – to bring consistency and operational excellence to NASC

  • Pilot new tools, approaches, and ways of working to drive continuous improvement and elevate team performance
